House of ARISTOCRAT is proud to offer a fast and effective way to shop at our “Online Store” houseofaristocrat.com and deliver all online purchases directly at your door.
Standard shipping includes time of creation up to 20 (twenty) business days plus shipping with Priority service, which on average takes 2-3 (two to three) days. Please note that there are several items that take longer to create.
If in a hurry, please choose an option of rush delivery (time of creation up to 12 (twelve) business days) for an additional 20% (twenty percent) fee calculated from the total order value. Please note that The House of ARISTOCRAT dispatch all express delivery orders in 1-2 (one to two) business days and the time for the parcel to reach the customer may vary due to the recipient’s location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination or the courier company.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the Client to pay for any such duties and taxes.
For any country NOT eligible for DDP services, the shipping process is different. When your shipment is received in your country, it may be liable for Customs Duty and Tax. Your local customs office will typically hold the parcel until all fees have been paid. If duties and taxes are not covered, your parcel may be destroyed or returned to us. Customs duties and taxes are determined independently of The House of ARISTOCRAT. We do not have control over the charges incurred. We recommend checking with the local courier delivery services if you are not sure about local custom charges. Please note that we cannot ship out parcels to P.O. boxes. We kindly ask you to provide an alternative address that is not a P.O. box.

It is the responsibility of The Client to provide accurate shipping information. If the shipping information has not been fully provided or not provided at all, The Client takes full responsibility for any delays caused by this issue.
